Back on Track

I’m getting back up on that horse.  Same old direction, new location.  After taking a trip to the Offutt Airshow, and talking to some of the pilots there, my freind Chris and I decided to abondon the ultralight,  and continue flight training. However, I’ve decided to change a few things.  First off, I will no longer be training at Blue Skies with Johnny.  I decided to expand my search to outside my immediate area.  While searching around, I came across the Westosha Flying Club in Wilmot, Wisconsin, just a short half an hour drive north.  The savings in costs will far surpass the money I spend driving there.  They rent out Cessna 172’s and 152’s.  The 152, a far less sophisticated plane than the Piper Warrior, also costs less than half of the PA28.  A great deal in my opinion.  Another thing I’m going to be changing about flight lessons, is the way I’ll pay for them.  I decided that saving all the money up for a summer of training would be the most cost effective way to learn to fly.  Judging on price and other financial challenges, I will be able to complete my training by the end of next sumer.  Hopefully.  Thanks for sticking with me everyone.  I really appreciate all your support.  You guys are amazing.  Thanks for reading!!!

Glad to hear you will be flying again soon. I have heard you can save a ton flying at Westosha!
