Moving on

Hello there everyone.  Sorry for not posting in a while.  Things have been happening and I’ve had to make some pretty tough decisions over the past month.  One of them being, deciding to stop flight training.  A few factors went into this decision, but I will promise you, there is a bright side to this situation.  As many of you know, I am planning on spending my life as an Air Force Pilot.  Earlier this month, I went with a friend to a family friend who is also an Air Force Recruiter.  I told him my intentions were to either become a pilot through the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado, or become a pilot through ROTC at SIU.  He explained the obvious; that either option will work, but in order to be eligible to fly military, you cannot have any type of civilian license.  This was quite disappointing, as I had heard rumors about this being true, but didn’t want to believe them.  So for a while, I was really bummed that I wouldn’t be able to fly, until, surfing the internet one day, I found the solution to my problem.  I’ve decided to keep that solution secret for the moment.  Want to know what it is?  I will post a blog about it on Wednesday, July 30.  Untill then, see if you can guess what it is.  Thanks for reading!!!
